The WA Pregnancy Biobank, part of the WA Preterm Birth Prevention Initiative, is designed to assist researchers in developing new preterm labour biomarkers, identifying women who will respond to treatment, and devising novel approaches and therapies to prevent early birth. The Biobank will also help identify the risks and causes of prematurity in the WA population and contribute to the analysis of the impact of the Initiative on pregnancy outcomes. |
